| Short description of the master´s programme | Econometrics and Data Analytics (EDA) Master Programme (formerly known as Informatics and Econometrics - EMOS labelled), in its content is fully corresponding with EMOS learning outcomes. The programme offers many courses directly related to Official Statistics, including International Regulations, Methodology of Data Collection and Reporting, Applications of Official Statistics (59 ECTS). Also, EDA’s obligatory and elective courses are covering wide scope of statistical methodology and its implementation in practice (80 ECTS), all supported by excellent IT infrastructure, modern IT tools and solutions (AI, Python, R, SQL, Azure, Tableau, Power BI). EMOS seminar and M.Sc. Thesis (30 ECTS) are organized in cooperation with external entities: NSI, public institutions, NGOs, various business partners. EMOS Students can gain professional experience in both, public and private sector (6 weeks + of internships), we highly recommend EMOS dedicated internships organized by Statistical Office in Lodz. |
