Universities interested to join the EMOS Network are invited to consult the EMOS Guide for applicants and fill in the application form.
Please note: As part of the revision of EMOS, and after the endorsement of revised EMOS learning outcomes and revised EMOS label requirements by the European Statistical System Committee in May 2025, an updated version of the EMOS Guide integrating these revisions was published in July 2025.
New label applicants
The updated EMOS Guide for applicants is applicable for new EMOS label applicants that submit an application in 2025 under the permanently open call.
Already labeled university programmes
For university programmes already labeled, the new version of the Guide and the therein included revised learning outcomes and revised EMOS label requirements will become applicable only when they are re-applying for the label in line with their regular relabeling cycle.
