Occasionally, due to e.g. the deployment of new releases of the ESS-MH, some users may experience issues accessing the tool. The following solutions have proved effective and easy to implement:
- Close the Browser and open a new session.
- Try with a different Browser.
- Press Ctrl+F5 (Refresh of the page).
- Clear the browsing data, especially the cache, from your browser e.g. in Google Chrome.
