EDAMIS 4 sends all emails from the following email address: estat-edamis-noreply@nomail.ec.europa.eu. This is a "no-reply" mailbox: all questions should be sent to ESTAT-DATA-METADATA-SERVICES@ec.europa.eu.

Notes:
- If a user from a responsible organisation sends a data file or feedback, users from delegate organizations will not receive email 151.
- If a user from a delegate organization sends a data file or feedback, users from the responsible organization and from the others delegate organisations will receive email 151.

Notes:
- If a user from a responsible organisation sends a data file or feedback, users from delegate organizations will not receive email 161.
- If a user from a delegate organization sends a data file or feedback, users from the responsible organization and from the others delegate organisations will receive email 161.
Email in case of issues processing transmissions or feedback
In case a transmission sent via an SFTP Client or ESDEN Client cannot be processed correctly due to an issue in the transmission metadata provided by the sender, an email with code 144 is sent to the sending user.
This email displays the country, client id, organisation id, transmission id and a specific error message that explains the issue.
Possible issues may include:
- Discordance between the information included in the metadata and the note file o datafile name.
- Incorrect organisation used.
- Incorrect country used.
- Duplicate transmission ID
- ....
In such cases, the user is requested to correct the error an to resend the datafile.
The email 144 may, in rare circumstances, be generated for transmissions made via the EDAMIS Portal or for metadata transmissions performed via the ESS Metadata Handler and registered in EDAMIS. In such cases, the EDAMIS support team in Eurostat will intervene to resolve the issue and no action is expected from the user.
