To download the public key for a specific dataset please follow the steps below :
1. Go to EDAMIS 4 (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/edamis4)
2. Select menu Transmissions >> Send datafile
3. Click on "Select files" and choose the file for which you want to download the key. You will not send the file at this stage, but this step is necessary to download the public key
4. Fill in the “Dataset” and “From” fields (these are automatically populated if the filename follows the DSNC-DataSet Naming Convention)
5. In the field “Encrypt by:” select option “User”
6. Click on “Get public keys” => this will download the public key zip
7. Extract the key from the zipped file
