In EDAMIS4, datafiles can be received through different so-called "Media" (i.e. different transmission methods). Possible media are the EDAMIS Web Portal (EWP), sFTP etc…The received datafile will only be available in the specific Medium to which it has been sent.
In EDAMIS4 portal, the “Transmission > Received datafiles” displays all datafiles received, independently of the “Medium”. All datafiles received are visible, but only the files received using the Medium “EWP” can be downloaded. See below:
