Target Group

The training session is available to Eurostat staff who work in the production of European statistics or are interested in the application in use.

Objectives

The course is aimed at experienced practitioners already familiar with the basic functionalities of COOL and related applications. The course will serve as both a refresher to advanced functionalities and a discussion forum to understand advanced user needs.

Contents

The content of the course is flexible and is based on recent, as well as planned improvements of COOL.

Typical content includes:

• Demonstration of lesser-used or advanced functionalities
• Demonstration of recent improvements and changes
• Discussion of business process changes and architectural improvements
• Discussion of domain user needs and ideas for future improvements
