Abstract

The survey was first conducted in December of 1993, then conducted in November from 1994 to 2003, in March of 2005, in February in 2006 to 2008, in March from 2009 to 2014, in February in 2015 and in March in 2016.

In 2017 a multitecnique design was implemented.  Households are invited to fill a cawi questionaire  in January-February. Then a face to face interview was conducted in March-April  for the Household not reached with a cawi tecnique.
