Q: Is is allowed the use of any other language besides English in the text of the metadata files?
A: English is the standard language for all metadata files, if extended content is in any other language, it should be flagged. Exceptions from this case are the title of publications, news releases, laws, name of the questionnaires, NUTS regions etc. which should be accompanied with a translation in English.
If other than English words are used, and not part of the exception mentioned above – reject the file.
