The European Statistics Awards Programme on web intelligence aimed at stimulating innovation in usage of data from the web to produce high quality statistics.
In the period 2023-2025 four challenges were run:
- The Web Intelligence Deduplication Challenge – to find methods to identify potential duplicate job postings collected from European websites.
- The Classification of Occupations for Online Job Advertisements Challenge – to develop automatic methods to categorise job postings according to the International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO)
- Multinational Enterprise (MNE) Groups Data Discovery challenge - to identify web sources with MNE Group data
- Multinational Enterprise (MNE) Groups Data Extraction challenge - to extract the MNE Group data from the web sources.
