The 19 high-level concepts and most of the sub-concepts are derived from the SDMX cross-domain concepts, published in the SDMX Glossary.
Commission Recommendation 2023/397 invites Member States to apply the concepts listed in Single Integrated Metadata Structure when compiling and exchanging reference metadata and quality reports.
