[RO] Survey on professional training in enterprises

Abstract

The main objective of this survey is to provide information regarding the programs that are elaborated by enterprises in order to provide: 1. continuous vocational training (CVT)to employees and the skills and competences needed in the working units (enterprises)< 2.the volume and the characteristics of the continuous vocational training, 3. the costs of the vocational training, 4. the evaluation methods for both vocational training and measuring the quality of vocational training, 5. the motives for which CVT is not provided in the enterprises that have not organized this type of activities during the year of reference and 6. the dimensions of CVT.

The objective of the survey is to collect detailed data taking into consideration the variety of variables design for the all the types of CVT which include the employees of the enterprises.

registration period is the middle (calendar year) month from the second trimester of the next reference year.
