The Joint Research Centre (JRC) is the European Commission's science and knowledge service. They provide independent, evidence-based knowledge and science, supporting EU policies to positively impact society. Exploiting data as a strategic resource for science and policy is part of JRC’s work programme.
The JRC runs several human resource initiatives that are interesting for the EMOS network:
- JRC research fellowships (for doctoral students and senior scientists)
- JRC scientific traineeships (for students).
Staff from the JRC will present these two opportunities to the EMOS network. The information session will take place online. If you are interested in participating, we invite you to register here by Monday, 22 April 2024. A connection link to the Webex meeting will be sent out to registered participants shortly before the session.
