To facilitate an exchange of information between the European Commission and Baltic institutions responsible for national statistics on the potential applications of Earth Observation data to enhance national statistics.

Organised by the European Commission (DG DEFIS and Eurostat), the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia, the event welcomes participation from other EU Member States institutions and the Baltic Earth Observation industry representatives.
