In 2021, along with the EMOS cross-border traineeships programme, sponsorships for participation of EMOS students in statistical conferences were added to the EMOS offering. Since the launch, EMOS students have been invited to apply for a limited number of sponsorships to attend the key statistical conferences in Europe. From 2021 until 2023, 12 EMOS students attended the following conferences: Conference of European Statistics Stakeholders, Royal Statistical Society 2021 International Conference, European Conference on Quality in Official Statistics and the New Techniques and Technologies for Statistics Conference (NTTS).
